1. How does your e-newsletter marketing work?

We maintain a comprehensive database of major Canadian media outlets for news release purposes only. If you are not issuing a media release, you will be required to provide a list of contact e-mail addresses with your marketing order. We then professionally write and design a customized e-newsletter complete with your logo, colours,and links. The draft e-newsletter is sent personally to you for your approval prior to distribution. Upon approval, we distribute the e-newsletter and send you a detailed distribution report.

2. How does your web content service work?

Tell us what changes you need to your web content. If requested, we provide creative writing. We then access your web content and files or your Content Management System (CMS) to create a replica of the web content that needs updating. We then revise it according to your needs and submit for approval. Only after our revisions have received your approval will the new web content replace the outdated original. Nothing goes live without your authorization and all web content blends seamlessly into your website.

3. Do you include graphics, videos, web forms or shopping carts?

You bet: graphic design, videos, web forms, flash headers, music, unique menus, creative writing, social media, newsletters and e-commerce systems.

4. What if you post a mistake on my website?

Nothing the public can see gets uploaded onto your website without first receiving your personal approval.

5. How much do your website updating services cost?

6. Do you provide project estimates and discounts?

Yes. Providing web content, creative writing, and media management estimates is just good business.

7. Will there be additional expenses?

Generally, no. In fact we tend to do more without charging more. However, if you decide to add things along the way additional costs will apply.

8. I already have a content management system. What can you do that I can't?

We manage content systems in ways most users cannot. With our experience, your web content will have a professional quality that regular staff and novices can't usually provide.
